General Information

• All clients are required to complete a medical history form at their first appointment. This is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.

• All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

• Patient information will not be shared with third parties without your written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.

Consultations

Consultations are free of charge.

Consultations are roughly 30 minutes long. When booking your appointment, it will be confirmed by either email or text message. If you do not receive a confirmation text or email, please contact us as soon as possible.

Treatment Suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful before any treatment is carried out. If we deem the treatment unsuitable, we will inform you as to the reasons why, either face to face or in writing.

Payment

Our terms are full payment on the day of treatment directly in the clinic. Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express. We do not accept cheques.

Child Policy

We do not treat persons under the age of 21 years.
